Polling Agents & Counting Agents (PACA) – Kota Raja

The Kota Raja Parliamentary seat needs PACAs (read below)

We are in need of Polling Agents and Counting Agents (PACA). PACAs are people who sit in the voting room on election day and make sure that the rules and regulations are followed strictly.

Kota Raja is a huge parliarmentary seat, ranging from the Banting highway right back to Sri Muda Shah Alam. That means it involves Andalas, Klang Jaya, Desawan, Sentosa…and everything till Sri Muda.

We have about 35 voting centers, which means about 370 different voting ROOMS. Every candidate is allowed to place on representative in every room. Doing the math this means we need a minimum of 600 people if we are to run 2 shifts.

Anyone who is a PACA, simply comes on election day and sits in the room and makes sure that voting takes place properly and at the end that VOTES ARE COUNTED CORRECTLY. You do not wear anything representing the candidate. Actually you are not allowed to have any symbol of the party flag or anything on you. You are an independent scrutinizers of the election process. And you only need to give us a few hours of the election day.
